Abstract Any chosen analytical method should be subtle, precise, fast and exact to begin the guarantee that material used in manufacturing is free of unsolicited impurity, existence which may vary safety effectiveness drug product. The techniques HPLC UPLC have established their part pharmaceutical cleaning validation. High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) main biomedical analysis approach utilized today because it generates highly efficient separations, most circumstances, provides high detection sensitivity. Applying has several advantages compared other methods, among others, specificity, rapidity, accuracy, precision, ease automation. Due aforementioned, drugs a multi-component dosage form can analyzed. Ultra-Performance (UPLC) modern-day technique gives new track for liquid chromatography. user with speed application, resolution quantification separation are done under very pressure (up 100M Pa). Thin Layer (HPTLC) improved innovative efficacy limits. It cultured automated (TLC) based on use an optimized silica gel 60 significantly smaller particle size than TLC. previously stated methods employed purity control chemicals, steroids, pesticides, water analysis, water-soluble food dyes, vitamins, pesticides vegetables, fruits, foodstuffs. current updates allow us understand increased utilization these eras.
